Based on the results of the workshops held or the key figures or information we have determined, we calculate the space requirements of the organizational units (number of employees in the departments) and create a digital area plan to scale.
Visualization
The visualization is an initial placement of the organizational units in the areas drawn to scale. Visualization using graphic elements (e.g. circle, triangle, rectangle, etc.), is intended to check how the departments can be positioned and positively influence the interaction and movement behavior of the employees.
Layout Planning
Independent of product, color, material and surface, the layout planning/ 2D visualization shows the arrangement and positioning of all workplaces and occupied zones. It serves to check the legally required basics and gives a first impression of the emerging new office landscape.
